Siding, particularly vinyl siding, is often one of those jobs that can be done by a homeowner. However, just because it can be done, doesn't necessarily mean it should be done. That's because if you hang vinyl siding too loosely, moisture, wind and pests can make their way in, causing damage to the interior structure of your home. Conversely, if you hang the vinyl siding too tightly, it won't be able to expand and this can cause it to warp or bow. Knowing this and taking these many factors into consideration are just some of the things that a professional Concord CA siding contractor will do.
In addition to the work itself, we'll also keep you updated at every step and clean up the job site so that all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your gorgeous new siding.
If you've had your siding for a while and you're wondering whether or not it needs to be replaced, it's a good idea to call professional Concord siding installers to come and take a look. We can investigate to determine if things like wind or water damage, or even UV damage has left your siding brittle, broken or even let in damage that you cannot see just by looking at the outside of it. We're more than happy to answer any questions you may have about replacement siding or new siding installation, and if you're not sure what type of siding could be right for your needs, we'll gladly bring along a variety of superior siding catalogs so that you can decide the best way forward that makes your home look absolutely amazing. Just don't be surprised if your neighbors start asking "who did your exterior siding? It looks great!"
Hiring a Concord siding company is one of those decisions you'll want to make if you want to ensure that the work is professionally done. But another common question is how much you should budget for new or replacement siding. The answer to this is that it depends entirely on your home and your needs. There is no one size fits all approach for everyone. For example, if you're looking to sell your home, fiber cement siding or James Hardie Siding adds a higher resale value and gives a better perception to prospective buyers than vinyl siding, but vinyl siding is more durable and long lasting.
You'll also want to consider the overall architectural structure of your home. Some homes look great with a more modern look like vertical siding and others with a completely different style. Of course, we understand that not everyone is an architect, that's why we're happy to answer any questions you may have as well as suggest possible ideas for your new or replacement siding that will make your home look incredible.

Concord the largest city in Contra Costa County, California, is located north of the East Bay portion of the San Francisco Bay Area. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city is the 8th largest one in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an approximate population of 130,000 as of 2019. Concord, CA was founded in 1869 by a Californian soldier and rancher called Don Juan Salvio Pacheco II. Juan Salvio originally named the city Todos Santos which means “all saints.” The town is located 29miles east of San Francisco and is a major suburban center in the East Bay area.
The Miwok tribes occupied the northern valleys where Concord, now stands before Spanish explorers arrived on the scene. The Miwok were hunters and fishermen—the elk in the valleys and fish in the countless streams that flowed from the Diablo Mountains into the San Francisco bay made up their primary food source. The Spaniards crossed into the area in 1772, and in 1834 Juan Salvio Pacheco was granted the Rancho Monte del Diablo land grant by the Governor, Jose Figueroa, at the base of the Diablo Mountain. Juan Salvio established the town of Todos Santos on that patch of land thirty-five years later.
The town’s growth skyrocketed in the 19th century when residents escaping fires and floods in Pacheco’s neighboring city (also named after Juan Salvio) relocated to Todos Santos. The town’s economy began to boom as a result of the new migration. On February 5, 1905, Todos Santos (now having changed its name officially to Concord) became a municipal corporation.
According to a United States Census Bureau report, Concord, occupies a total land area of 30.5 square miles. The central plaza, which is still called Todos Santos Plaza, is considered the city’s heart. It is located in downtown Concord and is infamous for the variety of its farmer’s market, the large volume of restaurants and eateries, and the free concerts held there in the summer.
New condominium and high-occupancy apartment projects have begun to spring up in the downtown area in recent years to take advantage of the area’s vicinity to public transportation and the neighboring park. The rapid development has nonetheless failed to curb the rampant crime and homelessness that plague the city.

Further, the census found that 99% of the total population lived in households, while 0.4% lived in group quarters, and the remaining 0.4% occupied institutions such as prison. Concord, CA’s population, varies in age, from 30% below the age of 18, 9% aged 18 to 24, 29.5% from 25 to 44 years, 27% aged 45 to 64, and 12% being 65 and older. Recently, however, jobs have been on the rise in the town. The increased employment has resulted from corporations such as Bank of America and Chevron moving into the area. The economy of Concord, has diversified because of this migration.
